The Plough Inn

The Plough Inn is a rural pub located in the picturesque village of Mitford, about 3 miles west of Morpeth.  It supports local breweries and boasts a fantastic range of real ales as well as guest ales. A range of Mexican inspired home cooked pub food is available Thursday to Saturday, with a hearty and traditional lunch on Sundays.

Private parties or functions can be catered for, local bands play once per month and special menus are available on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc.    The pub is dog friendly and pooch treats are provided free of charge.  Wi-Fi and parking is also free.

The pub also hosts a “Chatter and Natter” table every Wednesday from 3pm – 5pm
